1. Shared Domain Hosting: Businesses receive a hosted digital profile subpath under SparkInn's shared domain (e.g. platformdomain.in/your-business). Businesses do not receive a standalone independent top-level domain under standard plans.
2. Brand Ownership: Businesses retain full intellectual property rights to their trademarks, logos, and supplied photographs. By uploading, you grant SparkInn a limited license to render and display these assets on your profile and physical acrylic stand.
3. Prohibited Content: You agree not to list unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing content. SparkInn reserves the right to suspend any profile violating Indian law or public policy.
4. Google Reviews: SparkInn provides direct deep links to genuine Google Maps review destinations. We do not guarantee specific review volume or star ratings, as customer sentiment is entirely voluntary.
